Prague – general information
The Conference will take place in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. It is a place with an eventful history and many well-preserved architectural monuments. As the political, cultural and scientific center of the region for over a millennium, Prague is also the seat of Charles University, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and a number of other institutions contributing to progress in culture, science and education. Participants in the event will be able to enjoy the exciting atmosphere of our Conference, but also to go sightseeing in Prague and its environs. The view of the City with Prague Castle and the historical quarters with famous Charles Bridge is a sight that should not be missed.
Weather
Autumn starts in Prague in the end of September, sometimes showing warm sunny days (so cold Indian summer). Long-term temperature average at this time is about 15ºC (59ºF), so you may expect a comfortable weather.
